What We Built

Three tools, all free to use. Two are live, one is in build.

AI Chatbot Free

Sahaybot

An AI chatbot trained on your own content

Upload your documentation, FAQs and help pages once, and Sahaybot answers your visitors in your own words, around the clock. It drops into any website or app with a single script tag, so nothing has to be rebuilt to use it. Every conversation lands in an analytics inbox, which in practice is the most useful part: you find out what people actually ask, which is rarely what you expected them to ask.

  • Trained on your docs and FAQs
  • One-script embed, any site
  • Analytics inbox of real questions
  • REST API for deeper integration

Pro Image Edit

Image tools that never upload your files

Compress, resize, crop and filter images directly in the browser. The work happens on your own machine, so the files never reach a server, ours or anybody else's. That makes it quick, because there is no upload to wait through, and it means you can use it on material you would not be comfortable handing to a random website in the first place.

  • Compress without visible loss
  • Resize and crop
  • Filters and adjustments
  • Nothing leaves your browser

Pro PDF Edit
PDF Tools Free In build

Pro PDF Edit

Simplify PDFs, without uploading them

The same browser-based approach applied to documents. Compress, merge, split, edit and convert PDFs with the processing kept on your own machine, so contracts, invoices and anything else sensitive never leave it. It is in build now, with a QA version already running, and it will launch at propdfedit.com.

  • Compress large documents
  • Merge and split
  • Edit page content
  • Convert between formats

02 Why we run our own

Handing Over Code Is The Easy Half

Most development companies stop at delivery. The repository is handed over, the invoice is settled, and whatever happens next is somebody else's problem. We are not in that position, because we are already maintaining these products ourselves, in production, every day.

Anyone can hand over a repository.
We are still running ours.

That changes what we know. A production account has a list of problems that never appear on a developer's machine, and we have worked through all of them on our own software, at our own cost.

Deployment is not the finish line

Domains, DNS, certificates that expire, environments that drift apart, and the first release where something behaves differently in production than it did in staging.

A production account has its own list

Email that lands in spam, rate limits, uninvited bot traffic, quotas you did not know existed, and third-party services that change their terms without asking.

Real users are not test users

Old phones, slow connections, unusual browsers, files far larger than anything in testing, and people using a feature in a way nobody on the team imagined.

The costs arrive later

Storage that grows quietly, bandwidth on a busy month, backups nobody has tried restoring, and the monitoring that decides whether you or your customer notices an outage first.

So when we build for you, we are not guessing at what happens after handover. We build the system ready for it: the deployment, the monitoring, the backups and the running costs are decided during the build, not discovered afterwards by whoever inherits it.

03 The same team

The People Who Built These Build Your Product

These are not made by a separate side team. The engineers who designed, shipped and now maintain Sahaybot and Pro Image Edit are the same people who work on client projects, using the same approach: decide the architecture first, build it so it can be handed over, and plan for the year after launch rather than the week of it.

Built it

Interface, backend, data model and infrastructure, from nothing to live. The same scope we take on for client web applications.

Shipped it

Domains, certificates, pipelines, monitoring and the store of small production problems nobody warns you about beforehand.

Still running it

Support, upgrades, cost control and uptime, ongoing. This is the part that decides whether software stays useful or quietly rots.

If you have a product idea of your own, the honest first step is planning rather than code. The Idea to Execution Blueprint works out the scope, architecture, timeline and cost before you commit a budget, and the full list of what we do is on the services page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these products really free?

Yes. Sahaybot, Pro Image Edit and Pro PDF Edit are free to use. We build and run them partly because they are useful and partly because operating our own software in production keeps us honest about what we recommend to clients.

Where do my files and my data go?

For Pro Image Edit and Pro PDF Edit, nowhere. The processing happens inside your own browser, on your own machine, so the files never reach a server. Sahaybot does need a server, because it answers questions from content you have given it, and that content stays scoped to your own assistant.

Can you build something like this for our business?

Yes, that is the main thing we do. These products are the same kind of work we do for clients, just with us as the customer. If you have a product idea, the usual starting point is a conversation about scope, and for anything substantial the Idea to Execution Blueprint plans the whole build before you commit budget to it.

Can we get a custom or self-hosted version?

Talk to us about it. A custom build, a self-hosted deployment inside your own infrastructure, or an integration into an existing product are all things we can scope. What that looks like depends on your requirements, so it starts with a call rather than a price list.

How does running your own products help us?

Because we carry the consequences of our own decisions. We pay the hosting bills, renew the certificates, answer the support messages and get woken up when something breaks. That means when we build for you, the deployment, monitoring, cost and maintenance questions are ones we have already answered for ourselves rather than ones we are meeting for the first time on your project.
