    Week 1

    Set up like an engineer

    Your environment, the repository, branching, pull requests and the ticket board. By the end of the week you have made your first reviewed change.

    Weeks 2-3

    Small real tasks

    Bug fixes and small features on a live project. Small on purpose, so you learn the process before you take on something that would swallow you.

    Weeks 4-6

    Own a feature

    Something end to end that is yours: designed, built, reviewed, tested and shipped, with the estimate you gave at the start compared honestly against what it took.

    Week 7

    Present it

    Walk your work through in front of engineers who will ask why. Being able to defend a technical decision is a skill, and most graduates have never practised it once.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the program in Mangaluru remote or in person?

Primarily remote, which is how most software teams now work and is itself a skill worth practising: standups, written updates, asynchronous code review and getting unblocked without walking to someone's desk. You can join from Mangaluru or anywhere else in India.

Do I need to already know how to code?

You need the basics of one programming language and to be genuinely willing to work. You do not need to be good yet, and you do not need to have built anything impressive. What does not work is arriving having never written a line, because the program is about working on real software rather than teaching a first language from scratch.

Will I get a job at the end?

We do not guarantee a job, and you should be careful with any training provider that does. What we provide is placement support: resume review, mock technical interviews, guidance on how to talk about your work, and referrals into our network where there is a genuine fit. The strongest thing you leave with is a portfolio of real contributions you can explain in detail.

Do I get a certificate my college will accept?

Yes. You receive a completion certificate and, where your college requires one, we provide the training letter and completion report in the format they ask for. We are used to institutional paperwork, so send us the requirements and we will complete them.
